Networking is, in my opinion, one of the most effective ways I market my client's houses.  It allows me to find high-quality referrals for those "last-minute" things like carpet cleaning or roof repairs, and it builds my reputation as a reliable, high-quality advocate for my clients.  Some of the groups I network with:

Just to brag, I have been recognized for my work by the Rolando Community Council by being presented with the Doris Perry Memorial Community Service award and also have been recognized by the city Council offices of both Jim Madaffer and Marti Emerald.
