His local knowledge proved helpful over and over again. We've worked with other realtors before both on the buying and selling end. Doug was, beyond and doubt, the best we've worked with. He helped us every step of the way from our initial search all the way through closing (and beyond.) He never wasted our time by showing us houses that we weren't interested in and was very much available to help us understand the complex process. He was casual and fun to work with.
